Bespoke Requests (Custom Orders - Not Listed on the Website):

If you request a design that is not listed:

We will confirm whether it is possible based on the materials and complexity
Exact replication of inspiration photos cannot be guaranteed

We reserve the right to decline requests that are not feasible

Orders & Payments:

Orders are confirmed once payment is received
Custom and bespoke orders require full payment up front
Please double‑check spellings, colours, and design choices before ordering
We reserve the right to cancel or refuse orders (e.g., incorrect information, unavailable materials)
Some TikTok claim items require a £20 non‑refundable deposit to secure your claim. This deposit is deducted from the final order total when the purchase is completed. If the customer changes their mind or does not complete the purchase, the deposit is not refunded.

All payments are processed securely through trusted third‑party providers. We do not store or see your full card details.

Standard delivery is typically 3–5 working days after dispatch
Custom items may require additional processing time
Delivery times may vary due to postal delays
Once dispatched, responsibility for delivery lies with the courier

Cancellations, Returns & Refunds:

All custom‑made and bespoke items are final sale
No cancellations once production has begun

Non-Custom Items

Return postage is the customer’s responsibility

Damaged or Faulty Items
