Do you accept returns?

Custom items are non-returnable and non-refundable. Non-custom items can be returned within 14 days for a refund. Items must be unused and in original packaging. Return postage is the customer’s responsibility.

What if my item arrives damaged?

If your order arrives damaged:

  • Contact us within 48 hours

  • Send clear photos of the damage

  • We will send a replacement

Refunds are not issued for damaged items — replacements only.

How long do orders take?
  • Custom items: Handmade with care — usually up to 7 working days to create before dispatch.

  • Non‑custom items: Usually dispatched within 1–3 working days.

  • Shipping time: Once dispatched, UK delivery typically takes 3–5 working days.

If we are waiting on supplies or running low on stock, processing times may be slightly longer — we’ll keep you updated.

Do you ship internationally?

We currently ship within the UK only. For international orders, please visit our sister brand Mama On A Budget, which ships worldwide.

Can I request a custom design?

Yes! If you’d like something not listed on the website:

  • Send us your idea

  • We’ll confirm if it’s possible

  • Exact replication of inspiration photos cannot be guaranteed

Do you accept cancellations?
  • Custom items: No cancellations once production has begun.

  • Non-custom items: You may cancel before dispatch — please contact us as soon as possible.

What if I entered the wrong address?

Please double‑check your address at checkout. We are not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer.

Will my item look exactly like the photos?

All items are handmade, so slight variations in colour, placement, or finish may occur. This is part of the charm of handmade products and not considered a fault.

Do you offer gift wrapping or gift notes?

Yes — you can add a gift note and gift wrapping with an additional charge at checkout. If the item was marked as a gift, we can issue gift credit for eligible returns.

Do you charge a deposit for TikTok claims?

Yes — TikTok claim items require a £20 non‑refundable deposit to secure your slot. This deposit is taken off your final total when you complete your purchase. If you do not complete the purchase, the deposit is not refunded.
