Returns & Refunds policy

At Farshore Sisters, every item is made with care. Because most of our products are handmade and customised, our returns policy is slightly different from standard retail. Please read the details below before placing your order.

Custom‑Made Items (Majority of the Shop):

Most items in our shop are custom‑made, even when you choose from our listed themes (e.g., Honey Drip, Harry Potter, character themes, colour themes).
Because these items are created to order:

  • All custom‑made items are final sale

  • No returns or refunds are accepted for a change of mind

  • Please double‑check spellings, colours, themes, and design choices before ordering

Handmade items may have slight variations — this is part of their charm and not considered a fault.

Bespoke Requests (Custom Orders - Not Listed on the Website):

If you request a design that is not listed:

  • We will confirm whether it is possible

  • Exact replication of inspiration photos cannot be guaranteed

  • Bespoke items are non‑refundable and non‑returnable

Non‑Custom Items (Bookmarks, Beads, etc.):

We occasionally offer non‑custom items.
For these products:

  • Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery

  • Items must be unused, unopened, and in original packaging

  • Return postage is the customer’s responsibility

  • Refunds are issued once the item is received and inspected

TikTok Claim Deposits:

The £20 TikTok claim deposit is non‑refundable but will be deducted from your final total if the purchase is completed.

Returning Goods:

If your return is approved:

  • We will provide the return address privately

  • You are responsible for the cost and risk of returning the item

  • We strongly recommend using an insured and trackable delivery service

Gifts:

If the goods were marked as a gift when purchased and then shipped directly to you, you'll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned product is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.

If the goods weren't marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give it to you later, we will send the refund to the gift giver.

Damaged or Faulty Items:

If your order arrives damaged or faulty:

  • Contact us within 48 hours of delivery

  • Provide clear photos of the damage

  • We will send a replacement of the same item

If the item is no longer available, we will offer:

  • A replacement of equal value, or

  • A shop credit

We do not issue refunds for damaged items — replacements only.
Damage caused after delivery is not eligible for replacement.

Cancellations:

Because most items are custom‑made:

  • Orders cannot be cancelled once production has begun

  • Non‑custom items may be cancelled before dispatch — please contact us as soon as possible

Incorrect Delivery Information:

We are not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer. Please ensure your delivery details are correct at checkout.
