Farshore Sisters ships all orders from the United Kingdom. Because most of our products are handmade and customised, processing and delivery times may vary. Please read the details below before placing your order.

Where We Ship:
  • We currently ship within the UK only

  • We do not offer international shipping from this shop

Processing Times:

Because many of our products are handmade and custom‑made, our processing times vary:

  • Custom items: Usually up to 7 working days to create before dispatch

  • Non‑custom items: Usually 1–3 working days before dispatch

These timeframes do not include shipping time.

If we are running low on stock or waiting for supplies, processing times may be slightly longer. If this happens, we will keep you updated and dispatch your order as soon as the materials arrive.

Delivery Times:

Once your order has been dispatched:

  • Standard UK delivery is typically 3–5 working days

  • Delivery times may vary due to Royal Mail or courier delays

  • Busy periods (Christmas, school holidays, etc.) may extend delivery times

These timeframes are estimates and not guaranteed.

Delivery Charges:

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on:

  • Order weight

  • Packaging

  • Delivery method

We aim to keep postage costs as fair and accurate as possible.

Tracking:

Some orders may include tracking depending on the shipping method selected. If tracking is available, it will be emailed to you once your order has been dispatched.

Delivery Issues:

Once your order has been handed to the courier:

  • Delivery responsibility lies with the courier

  • We are not responsible for delays caused by Royal Mail or other carriers

  • We are not responsible for parcels delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer

Lost Parcels:

If your parcel appears lost:

  • Contact us, and we will help investigate

  • Couriers require a set number of days before a parcel can be declared lost

  • Once confirmed lost by the courier, we will arrange a replacement or refund (depending on the item type)
